Your Right to Cancel
Under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, without giving a reason.
To cancel your order, please contact us at Contact.Vevrix@gmail.com within 14 days of delivery.
You must then return the item within 14 days of cancellation approval.
Returned items must be:

In their original condition

In the original packaging
Once the return is received and inspected, we will process your refund.
Refunds

Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the item is faulty or incorrect

Refunds are processed within 5–10 business days after inspection

Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item arrives faulty, damaged, or not as described, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.
Include:

A clear description of the issue

Clear photos or videos showing the problem
Once confirmed, we will offer either:

A full refund (including return shipping where applicable)
Non-Returnable Items
For hygiene and safety reasons, we cannot accept returns for items that:

Show signs of wear or damage after delivery

Are not returned in their original condition
